DAYAN GREASE CAS-PLEX SERIES

DAYAN CAS-PLEX is based on a unique calcium-complex sulfonate thickener containing premium petroleum base oils with select additives for extreme pressure characteristics. Greases using calcium sulfonate thickeners have inherent anti-oxidant and rust-inhibiting properties, along with high dropping points and extreme pressure (EP) /anti-wear characteristics. The use of this complex thickener offers advantages over other organic grease thickeners such as polyurea. It also works better than inorganics like aluminum bentonites or fumed silica.

DAYAN GREASE LI-CA EPM 460 SERIES

DAYAN GREASE LI-CA EPM is a high performance grease for the lubrication of bearings subjected to the most arduous conditions. It is based on heavy duty mineral base oils and a mixed lithium/calcium soap thickener. It contains extreme-pressure, anti-wear, anti-corrosion and adhesion additives. The addition of molybdenum disulphide and graphite provides additional resistance to shock loading.

DAYAN GREASE LI-CA 1029

DAYAN GREASE LI-CA 1029 is a fluid grease for use in centralised lubrication systems. This grease is based on highly refined mineral as well as selected synthetic base oils, extreme-pressure and other carefully elected additives to provide excellent protection in all conditions.

DAYAN GREASE MPS

This Product combines the unique features of synthetic base fluids (PAO) with those of a high quality lithium thickener. The wax-free nature of synthetic fluids and the low coefficient of traction (compared with mineral oils), provide excellent low temperature pumpability and very low starting and running torque.
